Сделал я
Дописал новый функционал в скрипта.



Теперь некоторые игры можно качать сразу через Steam Online клиент прямо с мастерской и получать архив файла.

O site é ótimo, permite baixar modificações sem necessitar do conteúdo necessário - jogo.

O problema é que algumas modificações estão desatualizadas, mesmo estando atualizadas na Steam.

The problem is that some modifications are outdated, even if updated on Steam.

Почему некоторые обновленные недавно моды качаются , но у них в этом загрузчике дата обновления не соответствует реальной дате ?
К примеру в Стиме дата обновления - 18.01. 2019 , а в загрузчике стоит какая то древняя дата обновы - 13.08.2018 .. :(
Следует ли так понимать , что некоторые качаемые через Вашу программу моды иногда скачивают в реальности какие то устаревшие файлы стима ???

Ну сейчас примерно 498800 файлов загружено на несколько серверов. Это обновить одним махом не быстрое дело.

Сайт отличный, раньше качал только с него, но теперь он скачивает даже более старые версии чем раньше. Есть какие-то причины? У меня старбаундовская сборка страдает...

А как-то привязать его к обновлению можно? Т.е. чтобы библиотека чистила старую версию, загружая ту, которая прям только из цеха.

Например, мои oche contructivne предложения:

А) Если в течение недели к файлу нет новых обращений, с харда он удаляется и при новом обращении будет скачиваться заново. Заодно решит проблему с устаревшими версиями.
Б) Автоматическое обновление аддонов в течение недели-двух.

Нечто подобное в принципе возможно реализовать?

В Стима есть лимиты на закачку, оно также портит и не выйдет такое решение как ты описал выше.

Ничего не делать. Это файл без расширения. Такой Steam клиент его отдал.

942841683763209140_legacy.bin переименуй в ndubvgxmpumiwxwc.main и все. Ну Garry's Mod криво работает с модами.

Я учусь программировать, текущая цель научится работать с каким нибудь веб апи, выбор пал на стим, потому что твой сервис качает старые версии модов, а Total War: WARHAMMER 2 обновляется очень уж часто.

Мой не качает старых версий. Я просто не обновляю потому что модов там на 44 ТБ. Это все обновлять сложновато.

А зачем хранишь файлы на сервере? Я думал там просто команда в стим веб апи для получения ссылки на файл.

На текущий момент не 1 сервер, а 6 серверов использую. Но буду 7 сервер делать. Нет такой команды у веб-апи, чтобы получить ссылку на файл. Раньше было, сейчас уже нет. Я написал клиент для скачки модов, чтобы получить доступ к игре надо ее купить. Я уже вылил несколько тысяч долларов, думаю уже больше 5k$.

Да, сервис бесплатный. Объяснить почему, я не знаю как. Наверное потому что ты как можешь заметить по блогах и сайтах, я живу в интернете, в прямом смысле этого слова. Это моя работа, мой дом и моя жизнь. У меня полно проектов в интернете то.

Вопрос, вот понакачал для Worms W.M.D. некоторые карты из workshop, но я так и не понял куда их ставить, как и в Human Fall Flat, тоже не понятно куда их ставить, есть ли где-то инструкция или что-то вроде того?.

Это печально, но надеюсь что кто-нибудь узнает как их ставить, ибо как бы я не пытался их вставить, в документах, в AppData, в папке с игрой, даже в них создавал папку Mods, и ставил их туда, и любую папку забивал этими модами, и всё без толку.

Люди просят обновить ссылки это если на странице мода в мастерской новая версия, но в SteamWorkshopDownload качается старая версия мода, или что-то вроде того.

Уже замучился объяснять. Я специально не делаю кнопок обновлений модов и прочего через кучу лимитов в самом Steam клиенте.

tried to download a RimWorld mod https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=733997423
but got a quite old version of that mod. Is from Oct, 2018
Newest is from 2 Mar 2020 according to steam page.
So apparently http://steamworkshop.download do not check i a newer version exist on the steam workshop correctly.

Потому что сервис занимает 50 ТБ данных. Последних 2 недели, я переносил тысячи файлов на сервер с дисками по 10 ТБ. Больше миллиона файлов загружено на сервисе. В Steam клиенте можно максимум скачать +10 модов за 1-2 минуты, если больше то будет лимит: Rate Limit Exceeded. Это обновлять пиздец как трудно все. Куча лимитов на стороне Steam есть также.

That said, the problem I have is that recently the mods that I download for Hearts of Iron 4 are downloaded incomplete, all the mod folders are downloaded, but they are completely empty. Я написал уже выше. Разреши Google Chrome не проверять контент, так как он криво его проверяет. В этом файле нет угрозы. Это обычный архив мода, просто имя архива это ID мода.

Такое на каждой новой карте по игре Stick Fight The Game. Ты вроде под такими же ошибками писал, что загрузка большая, но при этом и "Fixed" оставлял. Последнее обновление от автора в сентябре 2020, но при скачивании идет старая версия за март. Есть возможность как-то скачивать обновления отдельно? если не покупать игру, конечно)

Обновил. Я просто храню все файлы. Сейчас в интернете все моментально быстро умирает и не особо сохраняется. По этому и вот такой вот нюанс с обновлениями.

Hello, I have had a problem with the most recent ravenfiel mods, the problem is that when I go to download it from the server I get a message that the file is not on the server I need to reload it, then when I try again they appear several times in a row the message that the old file was deleted and the file is not available and when it finally gives me the code of the file an empty folder is downloaded, hope it can be fixed

This was a global problem because Steam was freezing. This should not be the case now. Throw a list of mods with such a problem.

Большое спасибо, добрый человек!
Ситуация такая: стим не работал, а некая игра оказалась не играбельной без одного малюсенького мода, который лежал только в воркшопе. Что делать?... Так я и узнал об этом замечательном сервисе. (К слову, никакие другие моды из "последних" загрузить почему-то не удалось, но они и не были нужны, главное, получил, что нужно:))
В качестве небольшого фидбека хотелось бы предложить добавить кликабельную ссылку на страницу из воркшопа. Сейчас она исчезает из поля ввода, поэтому если захочется посмотреть что за мод, а история не сохраняется и ссылки в буфере не осталось, то сделать это не так удобно.

Привет! Спасибо тебе за такой удобный инструмент для стима. У меня есть вопрос, но я не уверен в своих догадках. Так вот, можешь ли ты расширить функционал своего проекта и добавить ему возможность загружать или опубликовывать пользовательский контент в мастерскую стим? Или это невозможно по техническим ограничениям? У меня лично с этим проблемы. И хотелось бы найти способ опубликовать свой контент в играх. Спасибо! Удачи в будущем.

Нет, надо изменить сообщение, потом изменю. По факту написал ниже, что это финиш скорее всего. Valve просто начал жестко казнить за моды сервисы эти.

Я узнал. Оказывается это пишется в случае если скачиваемый файл вести больше нескольких килобайт, и сделать с этим пока ничего нельзя

Нет. То что архив, так и будет работать как архив. Новое не скачать увы никак уже. Человек какой делал сервис аналог у себя на сайте написал причины и что случилось на самом деле.

Здравствуйте, я на днях захотел скачать мод МК1212 на игру тотал вар атилла, скачал всё хорошо, но версия мода почему то 2.0.5 хотя мод уже обновлён до 3.3.5 вы можете как то это исправить , чтобы можно было скачать более новую версию мода, заранее спасибо.

Ничего не случилось. Steam отключил возможность скачивать моды нормально. Если начать качать просто блокирует все через DMCA.

Понятно. Просто мне казалось из объявления другого аналогичного сайта, что там проблема была с dmca и они просто не захотели связываться с габеном и сами все прикрыли. Если момент чисто технический, то понятно.

Когда мы выбираем какой-либо мод в воркшопе стима, и подписываемся на него, то внизу проскакивает строка загрузки. Я считал что это была просто привязка мода к аккаунту, но на самом деле стим автоматом скачивает мод на компьютер. Папка SteamLibrary>steamapps>workshop>content> номер аккаунта. Там лежат уже скачанные моды, остается только найти нужный.
Конечно в случае когда нет самой игры, то может и не сработает скачивание мода, но тут увы я уже подсказать ничего не могу.

Ахх! блин! спасибо большое котик! за проделанную работу, иза набравшей обороты проклятущей борьбой с пираством, io закрыли... и теперь моды для римки толком не скачаешь, раньше спасал ты со своей чудо програмочкой! но теперь... эхх... увы часть фаилов не качаеться выдовая ошибку о том что кончилось место... а остальные моды дико устаревшие... тоесть их обновили, но качаеться старая версия, я вроде немного почитав другие коменты поняла причину таких проблем... и всё же не приятно получаеться... эхех... скажите пожалуйста, вы как-то почините это? или может подскажите другой способ скачать пару модов с воркшопа? а то уже год как хочу поиграться в свою старую добренькую римку, а не как не могу нормально установить сборочку(

Друже, от души! Верой и правдой твой сайт позволял мне качать моды со стима на разные игоры, но вот странность - некоторые моды скачиваются пустыми архивами.
Для примера - https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1630477831
Скчивается архив, все папки есть, а контента в них - нету. Вот совсем.
Можно ли как-то это исправить? Может ошибка загрузки и просто надо если "this file has been downloaded before" просто поставить кнопку "download again anyway" чтоб юзер мог уже загрузить заново не пустышку?

Или это какая-то магия Эдмунда макмиллана, которая даёт модерам его игры заливать реальный контент мода за пределы воркшопа?

I know it is probably in vain, but just in case anybody reads this on the way to post a request: Vova has stated before that unfortunately it is no longer possible for him to make the site work as it used to; Steam/Valve have recently intensified their efforts to destroy automated workshop downloaders (steamworkshop.download, steamworkshopdownloader.io, etc.) and somehow manage to prevent it and issue DMCA takedown notices. It is very sad and will hopefully be resolved, but the sites cannot do anything about it. For now, the best we can do is manual request/upload sites such as smods.ru, ggntw.com/steam and occasionally top-mods.ru.

Hello dude, i cant download the lates update for a mod when it haves multiple version files, or that seems to me, inthis specific case Rimworld game, and its happens with all mods with multile version files or thatsseems to me. i hope it have some solution or fix, cause not all moders have a github page, and i didnt have the steam game and cant buy it, earning 10 buck montly here in Venezuela.

Это проблему создал Steam. Так как я качал моды себе, по этому все что осталось на серверах доступно для скачки людям.

why did you turned it down actually? wasn't steam who asked to do it? the way they are agressive towards third party services like they own it is totally laughable for years, we even lost a good workshop downloader because of it (and the reddit community who complemented died along with it)

how? i've been downloading left 4 dead content from the website for the last 2 years and never noticed the lack of l4d2 support

also i checked what he was trying to download, instead it was leading to a random website with a "not found" written big on the upper corner.

never found that error before

because the API he uses might contain l4d2 support already, but since it is not perfect some addons rarely aren't downloaded correctly or when it does it just comes out corrupted and not even some programs like 7zip are able to extract his contents

we are seriosly out of options to download workshop stuff and i might have to find rent for it

rare to see an english user around here, the site is pretty much dead 90% of times.


unfortunately yes, thanks to steam trying to own something that is public they are hunting third party websites, i might know one or two services people used before valve tried to dick measure their nonsensical policy towards it, you don't get to be an pirate user without headaches.
