я их и юзал , не ставится драйвер , качал паки с сайта интел - тоже не ставились

Чего можно ожидать на что можно надеятся?

Потому что сервис занимает 50 ТБ данных. Последних 2 недели, я переносил тысячи файлов на сервер с дисками по 10 ТБ. Больше миллиона файлов загружено на сервисе. В Steam клиенте можно максимум скачать +10 модов за 1-2 минуты, если больше то будет лимит: Rate Limit Exceeded. Это обновлять пиздец как трудно все. Куча лимитов на стороне Steam есть также.
