Here is my question: How could it be updated if the update is from 15.09 and the files say 6.09?

13:30 means 1:30pm and add 6hours to make it 7:30pm...

Thanks for the response! But those are not updated. The timestamp on the files says 6/9/2018, and as you said most of the files were updated since then. How could be an update without changing the date of the file?
Yes it says updated in the "download screen", but as it says with the EU Psi Armor... but if you downloaded you´ll see 70mb instead of the 143 mb.

all of them are already updated coz I'm using that too... except for the EU Psi Armor is not updated... just remember that your time and the time is not the same...
for example the steam worslhop latest update for the current mod is 18 Sep @ 8:35am and here is Update: 18.09.2018 / 02:35... so there is 6hours difference because were not on the same country...

Просто просмотрите, что означает ошибка 503. По-видимому, это связано с временной перегрузкой запросов, сделанных на сервер. Означает ли это, что если я в конце концов подожду, я смогу загрузить его или нет?
